Dr. Freddo is the Neurology Section Chief. She trained at the Neurologic Institute, Columbia Presbyterian College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Freddo's special interests include  immune disorders of the nervous system, neuromuscular diseases and pain management.

Dr. Segan trained at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, Kings Co. Hospital and NYS Institute for Basic Research in Developmental Disabilities. Dr. Segan specializes in epilepsy and is the Director of the SBH Stroke Center.

St. Barnabas Hospital offers in-patient, out-patient and consultation services.
Diagnostic services available include electrophysiology (EEG/EMG), neuroimaging (MRI, CT, SPECT) and nerve and muscle biopsy.
